The services were very good. the room had a mini, fridge, bar, air conditioning, and a personal safe. the location was great and stunning, just a 5, minute walk from downtown.

The property was nicely decorated and modern and we had a very nice stay. Its location was great, short walk to a new nearby restaurant, the shopping area of the new town and hill into the historic centre, which is a leisurely 20-minute walk. Bar The Darwin located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The provided service was very good.

The hotel has a great location within a short walk to several nice restaurants in Ragusa. the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Free parking is included in the service provided by the hotel.

It was a very nice stay in a beautiful old town. Everything was excellent. the staff was excellent and efficient. the location was great for exploring the relaxing area. Right by the historic center, which is a leisurely 20-minute walk to Ragusa Ibla. Close to the shopping area of the new town and a grocery store. Café Eat was located just a 5-minute walk away. I had a wonderful time at De Stefano Palace Luxury Hotel in Ragusa. the hotel is situated in a beautiful old town, making my stay enjoyable. Everything about the hotel was top-notch, and the staff members were friendly and efficient. the location was perfect for exploring the relaxing surrounding area, with the historic center, Ragusa Ibla, and the shopping district a short walk away. having a grocery store and Café Eat nearby was very convenient.

A quality hotel with extremely comfortable rooms, tasteful decor and very helpful staff. Definitely value for money.
It's a fairly long walk into Ragusa Ibla (the "old" town).

Everything was simply excellent. Had a very nice stay in a beautiful old town. the staff were efficient and amiable. the location was amazing in an amazing old palace all refurbished. Spent a nice evening at the Gorgeous Kitchen, located so close to the venue.

Superb value for money (especially the spacious rooms). Whilst the hotel lacks many of the standard facilities of other larger chains (e.g. Hilton). It is unique. I would classify it as boutique luxury. There is no internet facilities which is frustrating but the staff is v.v. helpful and service is punctual and considerate.
If you are looking for somewhere that has business centre/pool/spa etc. This is not the hotel.
